Report a correction
If a finding in your report looks wrong, email us with your report number and the finding. We would rather reissue than have you rely on it.
A released report is never edited. A correction creates a new version that records what changed and why, and the earlier version stays readable. How reports are checked.
Orders and refunds
Include the email address you ordered with and, if you have it, your order number from the receipt. The refund policy is in the terms. To get back unused report credits, ask from your credits page while the pack has not expired.
Firm accounts
For a firm account, or to ask about your firm’s ABN check, email us with the firm’s name and ABN. How firm accounts work.
